چکیده
A practical solution is friction stir welding (FSW) of heterogeneous alloys in industrial applications. The welded joint’s mechanical strength has been improved by combining two different (AA2219 and AA7068). focus this study was on stir-welded metals’ microhardness material properties. It possible to work with either hot or cold aluminium alloy, as it heat treatable. Revitalizing precipitation hardening follow the treatment. joints’ hardness assessed several locations. Different tensile characteristics are compared. According stress-strain curve, FSW settings’ properties were spread throughout flow. In terms tool profiles, cylindrical threaded profile critical. One-third efficiency due it. 195 MPa reached pin profiled tool. a new study, researchers discovered that threads have faster rotary motion, transversal, D/d speeds. provided highest superior other materials. This phase characterization included measurements hardness.

متن کاملThe Strength of Friction Stir Welded and Friction Stir Processed Aluminium Alloys
Local strength of friction stir (FS) welds and FS processed aluminium alloys in heat treatable aluminium alloys is dominated by precipitation hardening. Strengthening due to stored dislocations is generally limited to 40MPa, and grain size strengthening is generally less than 10MPa. Local crystallographic texture can cause yield strength variation on the order of 5%. Published models for streng...
